How long are therapy contracts?
A typical assignment is 8 – 13 weeks for medical settings and an entire school year for school based assignments.
Do I choose my assignment?
Yes! Once you have met all the prerequisites for employment with The Genesis Group your recruiter will evaluate your employment preferences, career goals and desired locations and find you the ideal assignment.
When and how will I be paid while on contract?
The Genesis Group offers weekly direct deposit to all our clinicians and contractors
What happens when I complete my assignment?
If the facility/school offers to extend your assignment, you can elect to extend or choose to seek another assignment elsewhere. Your Genesis Group recruiter will work with you to find a new assignment.
If I am not interested in an assignment away from my home, does The Genesis Group offer local contracts?
YES! The Genesis Group offers exceptional compensation packages in cities across the US, whether they are close to your home or not. We look forward to identifying the right assignment for you .
Does The Genesis Group offer reimbursement for the cost of my license in a new state?
Yes. Once you commit to a minimum 13-week assignment, The Genesis Group will reimburse you for the cost of your licensure in that particular state with provided receipts.
